COVID – 19 UPDATE – 

 

At Zen Natural Products the health and safety of our customers, employees and couriers is our top priority.

 

In light of the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we at Zen Natural Products have taken the most up-to-date recommendations from the government and health authorities and are following the focus on hygiene and social distancing to help prevent the spread of the illness. To help with this we are recommending paying via Card to reduce any degree of contact and also making sure after the box is placed on your doorstep that our delivery driver stays at least 2m away. If you have any particular delivery requirements or concerns please let us know when you are ordering and we will make sure this is communicated.

Can I choose what comes in my fruit and veg box?

Although we do not offer the service to choose what comes in your box, we can take requests when you order. If you do not like certain fruit or vegetables we are more than happy to take these out and substitute to something else or add more of something instead.

 

Do I have to have the same box every week?

Every week we will include the essentials but we will try mix up one or two of the fruits and vegetables so you get something a bit different.

 

How can I find out what’s in the box?

If you cannot wait to find out what will be in our box than please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be able to let you know what is in your box for that week. You can contact us by email at info@zennaturalproducts.comor give us a ring 01752 698100.

 

Can I choose my delivery day and time?

At the moment we deliver twice weekly – Tuesdays and Fridays. 

The time depends on where you live, our routes are planned to minimise carbon emissions and food miles, we can’t offer delivery time slots but we try and get your fruit and veg box to you between 9 – 12pm. Our driver will give you a ring when they are about 10 mins away to keep you updated.

 

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you don’t, however we do like to know you have received the box and it isn’t left out for too long – especially if it is warm outside. We want our service to be as convenient as can be for you so we are happy to take delivery instructions so your driver can leave your order wherever you want it if you aren’t going to be in.

 

Is there an order deadline?

For Tuesdaydelivery we ask that you get your order in no later than 12pm on Monday. 

For Fridaydelivery we ask that you get you order in no later than 12pm on Thursday.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once placing your order, you will receive an email from us letting you know that we have received your order and are looking forward to getting your fruit and veg box out to you.

 

Do you deliver to my house?

If you live in the UK – yes! We offer free delivery if you live within a 10 mile radius of Ivybridge, Devon. If you are just outside this then please contact us as we may have orders being delivered close by which means we could offer this to you too! If you are a bit further from this area we are more than happy to deliver to you – this will go by courier and will be an extra £5.50.

 

Can I send a box as a gift?

Yes, of course. We can leave a gift message in the box for you and send you a copy of the receipt and invoice electronically instead.

 

What do I do with the packaging?

Most of our packaging is recyclable so we ask that this gets reused or recycled where possible. Our fruit and veg boxes are donated from Morrisons so we are very lucky to be able to reuse these and reduce waste! With you fruit and veg box if you have a weekly or bi-weekly order with us we are more than happy to pick up the box when we drop off the next box – that way we can make sure this is reused J

 

Is all your packaging re-usable and recyclable?

Where possible we have tried to implement re-usable and recyclable packaging as we know how important this is for our planet. We are constantly looking into ways of reducing the amount of packaging and also ways of going completely plastic free.

 

Can I write a review about the box I receive?

Of course, we love you hear from all our lovely customers. You can do this on our Facebook page, this really helps new customers know what to expect so we are always very grateful for your kind words and feedback.

 

How do I pay for my order?

You can now pay online on our website for your selected box or you can give us a ring and we can take the payment over the phone. You can call us on 01752 698100

 

Is everything British and/or locally sourced?

All our produce is locally sourced in Cornwall, however we do not stick to just British produce, as we love to include variety – especially with the fruits eg. bananas, mangos, etc. Unfortunately we do not have the best weather to be able to grow these in the UK JIf you have any questions regarding this please let us know at info@zennnatural.com

 

What should I do if my box hasn’t arrived?

We hope that this wouldn’t happen however, if you have not received your box when you were due to expect it please give us a call and we will do a bit of investigating to find out what has happened. 

 

What should I do if there’s a problem with my delivery?
